About me

I am a PhD candidate in Northwestern University’s Political Science program. My research examines the intersection of law and public policy in the American system, with a focus on Supreme Court authority, policy development, and party strategy.

This spring, I am serving as instructor of record for “The Politics of the Modern Supreme Court: Rehnquist to Roberts”, a first-year seminar. Previously, I have served as a teaching assistant in Constitutional Law I, The American Presidency, and Dilemmas of American Power.

My website includes my CV and more information about my research and teaching.

Outside of academia, I enjoy walking my dog (Obie), watching college sports, and cooking (usually poorly).
