About me

I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Swarthmore College. I received my PhD from Northwestern University’s Political Science department. My research largely examines how the U.S Supreme Court acts as a policymaker and the normative implications of judicial authority.

At Swarthmore, my teaching largely focuses on U.S. political institutions, Constitutional Law, and an introductory course to American Politics.

My website includes my CV and more information about my research and teaching.

Outside of academia, I enjoy walking my dog (Obie), watching sports, playing chess, and cooking.
